This Sunday we welcome Tony Nixon to lead our service. Like Hilary, Lesley and Roger, Tony is a lay minister (also known in the CofE as a “reader”) and is one of the ministry team running the Axe Valley Mission Community. This is his first visit to Axmouth.

Next Sunday we introduce Focal Ministry to Axmouth and our 7 sister churches. It’s a new way of running things! Read all about it here.

Ann Stuckey led our annual Service of Remembrance on Sunday, followed at the War Memorial by 2 minutes silence in commemoration of the fallen. Dennis Bye played the Last Post and Reveille, and also joined Harry Eaton at the organ for the hymns.
