Open-Air Pets’ Service
After a highly successful Fayre on the Church Green on Saturday, organised by the Friends of Axmouth Church, we took advantage of the marquee on Sunday morning to hold an outdoor service for the blessing of pets.
Kate led the service including a thought-provoking (if not totally Biblical!) talk on why we have pets. Jonathan led the prayers and Iain read the Bible passage from Genesis 1:20-28
